R & D Racing 2011
By: RacerRich We are very happy to have Adam back in the
seat of our I-MOD again this year. Following his I-MOD Rookie of
the Year half season in 2009 he incorporated that experience to make
himself one of the up and coming drivers in the I-MOD Division. He
raced his way to nine heat race and six feature wins in 2010. This
placed him in the fourth position in Shadyhill points and he gained
an I-MOD Track Championship at Kankakee. He ended up in the number
two spot in the overall I-MOD Assn. points standings to conclude
a very positive year of racing. He won feature and heat races at
all three tracks we raced at, including the season finale 'Kokomo
Clash' that was the first I-MOD racing at the reknown dirt track

A new feature to our 2005 Webpage was the addition of our Guest Book. With the popularity of the Guestbook since it's inception we will continue it again this year. Last year when we were in need of an engine, Chris and Pam Balazs came to our rescue. They salvaged our season by loaning us an engine. With it's super performance we were able to complete our race season with some great statistics. This act has started a new and building friendship and we want to continue our thanks to them by keeping them here on our sponsors page. We also want to wish them much success with their I-MOD program with their son Chris, Jr. as their driver. We look forward to competing with the I-MOD Assn. In 2011 the I-MODs will be racing for the first time at the Illiana Motor Speedway in Schererville one night, at the Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville one night. The I-MODs will return for at least two nights at the Kokomo Speedway in Kokomo. We are always interested in talking with people or businesses that would offer sponsorship to our race team.
